What is LCL?

The acronym LCL stands for Less than Container Load

That is to say, that load whose physical nature does not require the use of a complete container, and that allows the grouping of different merchandise of similar characteristics, from different consignees, called ``Consolidated``.

The company that carries out this ``consolidation`` or grouping of loads, thus forming a complete container, has the name of NVOCC - non vessel operator common carrier-, an activity to which SACO is dedicated.

What is Neutrality?

For an NVOCC to be considered as such, its client portfolio must be made up exclusively of Freight Forwarders. The nature of the consolidators' service forces them to work in this way, since they are international freight wholesalers.
